This motif, named after Yörük culture, represents a living heritage of Turkish nomadic traditions. 
Yörük Kilims (also known as Nomad Kilims) are part of the centuries-old Turkish weaving legacy, rooted in the lifestyle of Anatolian nomads. 
This example belongs to the Yağcıbedir Yörük tradition. 
Although their numbers have diminished, Yörüks living in mountainous areas continue to keep alive the rich nomadic culture of Anatolia through their weaving.
